Rehabilitation of the flues for chimneys
Following the thermosetting liner for non destructive rehabilitation of the flues fit to the discharge of air and gas, as a result of accurate tests and researches, was born a new liner HT 1000°.
The liner HT 1000° is the unique and revolutionary system by means of thermosetting liner at high technological content which rehabilitates permanently the flues assigned to the continuous utilization up to 1000°C as chimneys, firewood furnaces and industrial furnaces.
It should be inserted inside the conduct to rehabilitated and inflated with compressed air and steam in order to let the thermosetting liner adapt itself perfectly to the existing flue, as a second skin. It is able to rehabilitate even the smallest crack. For this the line HT 1000° fits to the flues, creating inside of it a new layer that restores the perfect smoke and heat tightness up to 1000°C. The system of rehabilitation HT 1000° is a consequence of the profound studies in laboratories on the materials that can resist to the high temperatures, indeed the material of the HT 1000° is in compliance to the standards both as regards for the fire resistance and ecologically.
